We are all aware that Computer Science (CS) and Information Communication Technology Skills (ICT) are essential to our students. These skills aid our student’s with real-world skills that will be required at each level as they progress through their educational journey and onto employment. Computing at Schools provide training and resources to aid schools to deliver these elements.

It is the responsibility of the Post-Primary educational sector to prepare students for further education and employment. Present feedback from third level educational institutions shows that only 1% of our student enter CS and 2/3rds of these students drop out in year one due to lack of exposure to CS & ICT.

Our mission is to simply get all Primary and Post-Primary schools delivering computing and coding modules. If you or your school need any aid with CS or ICT training, resources or course material please contact Trevor trevor@computingatschools.ie or 087-6873933
