We are all aware that Computer Science (CS) and Information Communication Technology Skills (ICT) are essential to our students. These skills aid our student’s with real-world skills that will be required at each level as they progress through their educational journey and onto employment. Computing at Schools provide training and resources to aid schools to deliver these elements.

It is the responsibility of the Post-Primary educational sector to prepare students for further education and employment. Present feedback from third level educational institutions shows that only 1% of our student enter CS and 2/3rds of these students drop out in year one due to lack of exposure to CS & ICT.

Off-Site Locations: Teachers attend the workshop at our locations in Dublin and Limerick. These workshops are held on Saturday’s to facilitate teacher attendance. These workshops provide practical training and resources.

On-Site Workshops: We visit your school on a prearranged date and deliver the selected course to your staff. The required time per phase is approximately 5 hours.
